What the Course Entails and Exam Details

What to Expect in the Final Exam

While the practice format is a self-assessment tool, the actual final evaluations during pre-training are rigorous. They are not a single 'final exam' but a sequence of numerous quizzes and comprehensive written assessments conducted continuously. The actual written exams are typically 50 to 100 multiple-choice questions. A minimum passing score of 90% is often required on every single safety assessment, or the trainee may face dismissal. In addition to written components, trainees must pass all practical, hands-on drills. Practical skill check-offs might include evacuating passengers via slides, fighting simulated in-flight fires, and demonstrating first aid techniques.
