Because of the nature of our products, we have established the following Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing any of our package plans or study materials.

 

1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

QuizzPrep exclusively offers digital products, including online practice exams, quizzes, downloadable study guides, and digital package plans. Because these materials are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a transaction has been completed.

 

2. Immediate Digital Access

Unlike physical goods, digital intellectual property cannot be "returned" once it has been accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase on quizzprep.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing immediate access to digital content.
  • Once payment is successfully processed and access is granted, the product is considered "used" and "consumed."
  • Changing your mind, purchasing the wrong package by mistake, or not utilizing the materials does not qualify you for a refund.

 

3. Technical Issues and Support

While we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or lack of use, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you paid for. We will work with you to resolve any technical difficulties.

Please contact our support team immediately if you experience any of the following:

  • Corrupt or Unreadable Files: If a downloaded PDF or document is corrupt and cannot be opened, we will provide a working replacement.
  • Access Errors: If you purchased a package plan but the system fails to grant your account the correct access permissions.
  • Platform Outages: If a prolonged technical error on our end prevents you from accessing your purchased quizzes or exams.

Note: Technical support is provided to ensure access to your purchased materials, not as grounds for a refund.

 

 

4. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been billed in error (e.g., a duplicate charge for the same package plan due to a system glitch), please contact our support team within 7 ( seven) days of the transaction. We will investigate the payment logs with our payment processors and promptly reverse any verified duplicate charges.

 

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We ask that you reach out to our support team to resolve any issues before contacting your bank or credit card company to file a chargeback or dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks (e.g., filing a dispute after successfully downloading and accessing the materials) are treated as fraudulent activity.

QuizzPrep reserves the right to permanently suspend the accounts of users who issue unwarranted chargebacks and to dispute those claims with our payment processors.
