Tekstissä sanotaan: 'Hallituksen budjettiesitys herätti vilkasta keskustelua eduskunnassa, sillä opposition mielestä leikkaukset kohdistuivat kohtuuttomasti pienituloisiin.' Miksi budjettiesitys herätti keskustelua? (The text says: 'The government's budget proposal sparked lively debate in parliament, as the opposition felt the cuts fell disproportionately on low-income people.' Why did the budget proposal spark debate?)

Koska hallitus ei esitellyt budjettia eduskunnalle (Because the government did not present the budget to parliament) Koska leikkaukset kohdistuivat opposition mielestä kohtuuttomasti pienituloisiin (Because the cuts fell disproportionately on low-income people according to the opposition) Koska hallitus halusi korottaa veroja (Because the government wanted to raise taxes) Koska eduskunnassa ei ollut tarpeeksi kansanedustajia paikalla (Because there were not enough MPs present in parliament)

Correct Answer:

Koska leikkaukset kohdistuivat opposition mielestä kohtuuttomasti pienituloisiin (Because the cuts fell disproportionately on low-income people according to the opposition)
