Valley Fair IROC Online Training Practice Test

During unloading, the priority is keeping guests safe as they leave the ride. You should be alert to several safety indicators that can show up in this moment. People stepping over the edge of the ride unit is a real slip-and-fall hazard. If someone is near the edge, guide them away and ensure they reach the exit area without crossing risky boundaries. Guests who may be sick or hurt need immediate attention. Their condition could worsen, and they may require assistance or medical help while staying clear of the ride path to prevent further harm. Disoriented guests also require support. They might be unsure of where to go or how to find the exit, so offering clear directions or escorting them to a safe area helps prevent them from wandering into danger or into other guests’ way. Because unloading can present all of these situations, looking for and addressing each one helps ensure a safe, orderly exit for everyone.
