To earn the CPHRM credential, candidates must pass a computer-based examination that tests their knowledge in five major content domains.  What to Expect in the Final Exam

The CPHRM examination is a computer-based test composed of 110 multiple-choice questions. Your score is based on 100 of these questions, while 10 are unscored "pretest" items that are interspersed throughout the exam and used for statistical purposes.

Exam Format: Multiple-choice. Time Limit: You are allowed two (2) hours to complete the examination. Passing Score: The passing score is determined using a standard-setting process (the Angoff method), which evaluates the minimum level of knowledge required. Your score report will indicate a clear "Pass" or "Fail."

You are permitted to use a silent, non-programmable calculator during the exam. Cell phone calculators are not allowed.
